Job Responsibilities-:

1. Receiving vehicles from customer for repair and servicing
2. Assessing job and related cost for the vehicle accurately
3. Providing job and cost estimate to the customer through Job Card
4. Opening repair job orders
5. Coordinating with the Insurance companies on the accidental repair
6. Claim amounts clarification with Insurance surveyors
7. Relationship building with Insurance surveyors
8. Driving customer satisfaction
9. Checking the serviced vehicle for quality of work
10. Authorizing rework or additional work to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
11. Authorization of bill for collection of payment from the customer
