Diploma Mechanical / BE Mechanical with 8 - 10 years of experience in 4 Wheeler Automobile Dealership. Must have worked as WM or Service Center Head with good knowledge of 4 wheeler jobs Quality.

Leading his team, of workshop controller, Body Shop in charge, parts mgr, & CRM.  Ensure service revenue, weekly targets, over profitability of the unit Monitor and take corrective actions based on the Workshop Monthly objectives, service absorption Ensure technical ability is maintained at the highest level to improve FTR capability.

Establish and upgrade Consumer Relations Policy that ensures 100% customer satisfaction, “CSI” 

Also maintain customer’s record and follow up system, resolve customer complaints and build loyal clientele. Must have good knowledge of MIS & able to analyze data & take corrective actions, Performance reports, Must be expert in making Business Plan, Forecast and Budgeting

To excel in leading System & process, incorporates dealership policies on recruiting, hiring, orientation, staffing levels and pay plans, Including incentives and fringe benefits. Utilize job description including performance criteria to communicate expectations, monitor and measure individual effectiveness, imparting training to the people. Establish the facility requirement, housekeeping, safety and security procedures ensure facility upkeep and availability of all tools and equipments.
