TWO WHEELER IS MUST

Ø To Organize and execute the events as planned by the Manager.

Ø To monitor enquires generated by executives on a daily basis as per the target.

Ø Top monitor model wise enquiry generation/ test drive and bookings of each DSE on a daily basis

Ø To be in touch with all the customers of all the team members

Ø To monitor the team on the achievement of retail target

Ø To conduct morning meetings with the team on a daily basis and review the commitments in the evenings

Ø To check the daily activity of each DSE in the evening

Ø To train and refresh each DSE on product, finance Competition etc

Ø Review of team performance on a weekly basis with sales Manager and AGM

Ø To submit the event report to the manager’s after each event. Irrespective of who had attended that customer earlier

Ø To maintain event Dossier

Ø To Monitor the PSF and SSI of the Team

Ø Referral calls to be made to customer to ascertain the services rendered by the DSE’s

Ø To visit the Event spots and guide the team

Ø To visit all the Customer places of the team member on the 20^th day after delivery

Ø To submit the incentive claim to the Manager by 4^th of every month

Ø To process and forward the files to A/C for the RTO Dept by 5pm which goes for registration the next working day

Ø To visit new Corporate / Business resource to generate incremental business for the team
