• Recruiting, interviewing and hiring outstanding people; Building and maintaining a motivated team
• Hold shop personnel accountable for keeping Gross Profit Margin and other numbers set in weekly goals
• Ensure systems are being followed and train employees to understand and follow appropriate systems
• Create a selling environment focused on delivering an exceptional customer service experience while meeting performance objectives.
• Coaching and developing team to achieve results
• Ensure adherence to all applicable company policies and procedures by staff
• Establish and monitor scheduling, staffing and payroll
• Explain, track, analyze and develop marketing campaigns
• Audit Repair Orders to maintain proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory transactions and maintain compliance standards for shrinkage control
• Analyze various business reports to understand trends and opportunities
• Facilitate, provide feedback and assist in company training for Service Advisors and Customer Service Reps
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications, reading & listening to self-improvement and sales materials
