· On receipt of the repair order allotment of work to the technicians
· Previous days pending vehicles list to be given to service manager (also brief course of action for the clearing the vehicles.
· Co ordination with service manager and shop floor technicians to complete the jobs within the specific period.
· Discussion with the technicians about special bulletin which are received by the dealer principles.
· Arrange for road test / in case of critical technical problem go to road test along with the technician and the customer.
· Ensure proper final inspection is carried out to the Vehicle.
· Keep the vehicle ready for delivery and inform Service manager and service advisor.
· Ensure washing area, vehicle delivery area and shop floor is always kept clean and neat.
· Daily briefing to the trainee technicians and monitoring.
