With 7 to 12 yrs of experience parts department, Must be reporting to GM Parts or GM Service 

Responsible for daily supplying of 100% parts to workshop & maintain the FTPR (first time pick rate), Within 30 days inventory. Accordingly have to develop parts procurement plans, optimum inventory level & ensure timely supply. 

 Identify customers and negotiate business deals for parts sales.  Maintain effective relations with workshop staff & dealer principles.

Must ensure to achieve monthly & annual parts sales targets, to be good in making business plans, financial goals & MIS

Training your team members on the Stores management, inventory control, software & claiming of damaged or short receipt of parts to suppliers.

Strict monitoring on non moving parts & plan to liquidate within targets time

Submitting bills to accounts on daily basis Maintain all the registers and documents & maintain good House keeping.
