To handle workshop independently, would be Reporting to Service Head

Daily monitor & achieve targets & CSI Score by taking care of Day to day workshop activities  

Must have been worked, 3 yrs as assistant or Service Manger, have to follow 100% Manufacturer Norms,  must be excellent in generating all  reports as required. Good Communication skill & leadership Quality

Need to plan monthly Service marketing & activates plan in advance & 100% implementation

Must be aware of all safety norms

Must achieve:

1^st 100% TAT

2^nd 5% + or – cost & time performance

3^rd 100% Quality check & repeat complain within 5%
